The service

Velto adds applications and sections to your Shopify store. We may improve, change or retire features; we tell merchants in the app about important changes.

Plan and billing

Velto is free to install and has no subscription fee: every application is included. Usage fees apply only when a usage meter passes its free tier during a 30-day cycle (direct revenue assists, conversion assists, analyzed page views and leads captured), at the tiers shown on the Plan page and in your Shopify admin. You approve these terms once in Shopify. Shopify bills the fees on your Shopify invoice. You can stop at any time by uninstalling Velto; nothing is billed after that, apart from usage already counted.

Your responsibilities

• Use Velto in line with the law that applies to your store, including consumer and privacy law (for example consent for cookies and marketing).
• Make sure the texts, offers, prices, timers and claims you display with Velto are accurate.
• Keep any custom code you add to Velto under your responsibility.

Data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which are part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Velto available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for Velto in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending the service

You can stop using Velto at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law. Data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
